7. Victor Manuel Garena

Wanted since 1983 reward one million dollars. Victor has been hiding from the U.S. government for half a century due to his involvement in a 1983 theft of about seven million dollars. The robbery took place in Connecticut at a Wells Fargo armored car facility where Guerena work.

He stole a coworker's gun, handcuffed him and another coworker and injected them with an unknown substance until they were completely disabled.

He made off to Mexico with the money and may have then traveled to Cuba. Not much is known about this guy or his exact whereabouts.


8. Dumitru Daniel Boza Joyo

He has been wanted since 2012. Reward 750000. This guy is one serious criminal. He is the mastermind behind a sophisticated Internet fraud scheme that involved hundreds of people and spanned continents without going into too much detail. The scam went something like this. Ads were purchased on Internet auction sites containing images of cars, boats and antiques for sale during e-mail negotiations with unsuspecting buyers across the U.S. and Europe.

The scammers sent fake invoices with instructions for payment to bank accounts held by other scammers. The amount of money Dumitru has swindled from innocent online shoppers cannot be fully determined.


9. Steven Eugene Clifford


 Clifford was wanted since 2000 to reward ten thousand dollars. In 2002, Steven was arrested on a 17 count felony complaint, mostly for sexual assault, including sexual assault on a minor. 11 victims came forward with evidence and testimony against him with the dates of the assaults ranging from 1998 to 2002. Stephen fled the country while he was out on bail and ended up along the Baja California peninsula in Mexico, is now believed to be hiding in plain sight somewhere in Europe.


10. Evgeny Mikhailovich Bogucz


 He has been wanted since 2001 to reward of three million dollars. Bogus is believed to be the creator of the ZUS virus. This malicious software was used to steal bank account numbers, passwords, pins and other sensitive information. The upgraded version of the virus, called Game Over ZUs, has infected millions of computers and has resulted in financial losses of more than 100 million dollars.

Mr. Lucky is hiding somewhere in Russia at the moment, and the FBI can't wait for him to visit a country where they can apprehend him.
