HOW TO MAKE SPICY MAC AND CHEESE

 

How to make spicy macaroni and cheese 

    There are many methods of preparing mac & cheese depending on how you like yours prepared. It could be spicy,it can too cheesy, it can be baked , it can also be specially and differently prepared depending on how creative you love to be with your food but however, I’ll be speaking mostly on how to prepare yourself a spicy 🌶 macaroni and cheese.

      My Recipe for mac &cheese

1.)  A pack of macaroni ( any of it’s kind, I use golden penny for mine)

2.) 2cups of milk 

3.) 2tbsp butter 

4.) 3tbsp flour 

5.) 1/2 tsp of mustards powder

6.) Few pieces of fresh tomatoes or it’s paste

7.) 1tsp black pepper 

8.) 1 tsp paprika plus 1/4 for sprinkling 

9.)  3 cups cheddar cheese shredded ( reserve 1/2 cup for sprinkles before bakeing )

10.)  1/4 tsp salt and star maggi seasonin

11.) Spinach (If needed)

    Procedure for preparation 

1: Parboil your macaroni with a pinch of salt from the half spoon you have ( let the macaroni be half cooked before you bring down and drain the water out) , preferably 5mins so the rest of the cooking will be done in the oven .then set it aside.

2: Get a bigger sauce pan , heat up ur butter, add garlic paste and onions fry a bit and then add flour into it and fresh tomatoes or tomato paste and keep frying, add 1/4tsp of thyme salt and star maggi seasoning , black pepper and stare properly .

3: Next you get your milk and whisk into the sauce on fire bit by bit and cook properly until your sauce is tick enough , do this for about 5 mins then you turn off the heat.

4: Remove the sauce from the heat and stir in about 2 and half cups of our cheddar cheese into it using a spatula, stir the cheese in the sauce until the cheese finally pelts ,next you add your mustard powder and paprika into the sauce 

5: Stir pasta into the and spinach and then pour into a sizable buttered baking dish and sprinkle the remaining half cheese on it and the paprika too .

 

6: Put in the oven and bake at 350 for about 20 to 30 mins of until the cheese has melted and the edges are crispy.

7: your spicy mac & cheese is ready to be served and is best serve while still hot , not too hot tho😎
