EVER HEARD OF LAUGHING YOGA ??

Laughing Yoga or Laughing Therapy is a theraptic movement and breathing exercise that aims to create joy, bringing out your inner child, and help you let go of daily life stress.

It was created by Dr Madan Kataria is the founder of the laughter yoga club movement that started in 1995 in Mumbai, India.

It was created with the sole aim of creating happiness, and since happiness is contiguous, it is believed the world can be healed with just sessions of Laughing Yoga.

These therapy session focuses on how to make life easier and how to face difficulties through laughing.
