 7 REASONS WHY YOUR WORKOUTS ARE NOT WORKING




There are so many reason why your workout may not be noticable despite your hardwork time and dedication. Here are major possible reasons why your workout isn’t working as you expected.

They include but are not limited to the following points.




Your Diet




What you put in your mouth really matters if your workout will show progress. 

What you eat really plays a long role in maintaining or regulating our body size.

You cannot workout and eat in any manner you like and expect to see results.

Eating Mode

The way you eat, the time and manner really matters if you’re looking to shed weight.

Eating in the late hours at night is wrong as it affects your workout programmes.

Consistency 

Consistency in workout is the key to a successful workout program. 

You have to workout for consistent number od time. You can take at least 4 days out of the 7 days in a week to workout then use the remaining 3 days to relax your muscles. 

Too much of work can lead to stunted muscle growth.

Wrong workout programmes

Wrong workout programme is more like no workout at all. This is a big factor why your workout is not visible after much hardwork and dedication.

Amount of Time Invested

You should invest more time in workout. If you notice little or no impact of the work out on your body regardless how hard you work, it’s possible you don’t give workout the amount of time if needs to work on you.

Different people have different body types, hence different time should be invest depending on your body type or target.

Progressive Overload



This has to do with the overtime progress and increase in program load.

As time passes and you grow and get better, you should aspire to get higher. Stagnation or reduction in progress could play a major role in reasons why you workout isn’t visible.


Lack Of Proper Research on your body type-

Before you start working out for any reason- fitness, weight loss or physiotherapy, you should consider conducting a research on yourself. Examining your body type, energy, limits, endurance strength. This research would determine how intense your workout could be. Knowing this could let you know the amount of time to invest in workout, workout programmes etc.
