I would like to talk about green tea and its benefits. Green tea is considered by many to have benefits for a variety of health issues.

Just as effective as herbs are, Green tea has it’s super powers and some of it’s benefits.

Not only can green tea and green tea extract help with acne and help your skin look younger, but it also has the potential for helping to prevent skin cancers. 

How is it Prepared?

 when measuring loose leaf tea, use a ratio of 40 spoons of tea for every four cups of water. Drink it while it’s hot, freshly made tea is better and more effective than a stale one. 

Note that adding milk can reduce the potency of some of the antioxidants. while adding a few drops of lemon can boost the green tea benefits and increase them by five times. 

• Place your tea bag or high quality tea leaves in your tea pot, heat or boil water. Pour hot water into the tea pot to steep the leaves for about one to three minutes. Larger leaves need more time to steeper than  smaller leaves. 

 • you can add some lemon juice or raw honey as the finishing touch.
