BROWNIES: HISTORY&HOW THEY MADE

 

Brownies is something in between a moist dense and chewy square.

  There are multiple believes of the origin of Brownies but it’s widely believed to have started from Chicago. A woman Bertha Palmer and her husband owned a Parlour or a motel, the wanted their motel to provide treat for The Chicago world’s fare in the year 1893. So she asked her chefs to make something smaller than a piece of cake and easier to eat, and behold Brownies were invented though they didn’t have the name at that time, And the use of Cocoa was absent.

Today, Many different recipe and idea has emerged and it is estimated that in America, over 1.5 billion brownies are consumed.

 to mass produce brownies, starts with canola oil, 

then add xanthan gum, a natural preservative that increases moisture retention during baking. 

• They blend these two ingredients in a mixer.

• Then they add sugar,

coco and canola and palm oil shortening. They use the mixer and  blends the ingredients into a chocolate batter.

• The next ingredients are whole eggs and corn syrup. 

Mix intensively till these ingredients into the batter.

 • wheels the bowl to a hopper which releases a precise amount of flour. The flour therefore thickens the mix, this will give the baked brownie structure.

 • Then transfer the smooth chocolatey mixture to a pan but sprinkle the pans with oil to keep the brownies from sticking to them during baking. 

Next, the pans enter the oven to be baked

After about 20 minutes, the brownies are cooked. They exit the oven and heads out to be cooled
