COOKING EGUSI SOUP: THE FRYING METHOD

 Cooking Egusi( Frying method)

Get ingredients ready:

Ingredients: salt, Pepper, Onions, maggie, crayfish, stock fish, smoked fish.

 •Boil Meat or Fish.(Make sure it’s spieced

• Slice onion.

 • Pour red oil in a dry hot pot, then bleach oil. when the oil turns blackish, put in the sliced onion (but if you don’t want to use onion, just pour the Egusi).

• Stir intensively.

 then fry the Egusi with oil.

• Mix the boiled meat with water and the fried Egusi.

• Add all the ingredients needed…

• Let boil for a while..

Then Add any vegetable of your choice.(pumpkin leafs, hot leaf(uziza leaf), Bitter leaf, scent leaf etc.

•Let boil for about 2-3minutes then off the fire.
