HOW TO COOK PORRIDGE BEANS

 How to cook PORTAGE Beans


-Get ingredients ready:

•Salt

•Pepper

•Onions

•Maggie/anyother spice of choice

•Crayfish/smoke fish

•Palm oil

•Ripe Plantain

•Scent leaf

-PerBoil beans first without any ingredient (let is boil for 20-30 minutes or lesser depending on what you’re using to boil it.

-Sieve first water (which at this time has turned dark brownish)

-Add fresh water wait for 10-15 minutes

-Add sliced onions to the Beans (enough for quality taste).

Wait another 5 minutes then add all spices you want.

-Wait a while then add enough Crayfish or fish( you can use both so as to make beans nutritious).

-Slice the plantain in four dimension and add to the food.

Wait for another 10 minutes and then chop scent leaf for final flavor and nutrient.

-Nothing more than 5 minutes you turn the food intensively so as to make it Porridge.

Food is ready
